In 2019, our journey began in the most humble of places – Sean's parents' garage. With a staff of former swimmers and water polo athletes, we embarked on a mission driven by passion and frustration.
The frustration stemmed from a glaring gap in the world of dryland training: there simply wasn't a tailored dryland training solution for aquatic athletes. As dedicated former swimmers and water polo athletes ourselves, we understood the unique needs, challenges, and aspirations of individuals like us.
That frustration fueled our vision: to create a high-performance service laser-focused on aquatic athletes. We were determined to bridge the gap and provide the kind of dryland training that aquatic athletes deserved – appropriate, customized, and dedicated to pursuing their potential.
