Train with Lizzi Smith, Team USA Paralympian and silver medalist in the 100m butterfly at the Tokyo Paralympics, across two focused sessions at Sonora High School in La Habra. What swimmers walk away with: • Powerful Fly: develop a leg-driven, connected butterfly. • Efficient Underwaters: improve your dolphin kick, bodyline, and speed off the walls. • Fast Breakouts: transition smoothly from underwater speed into your stroke. Saturday is butterfly. Sunday is underwaters and breakouts. Ages 11 to 18, all competitive levels welcome. Book one day or both.
