When will my order arrive?+

Every ASP merch item is made to order, so there is a short build window before it ships. Plan on 2 to 7 business days to produce your piece, plus transit time on top of that.

Most US orders arrive within about two weeks of checkout. We cannot guarantee a specific delivery date.

You will get an email with tracking as soon as your order ships, so you can follow it from there. If you are past that window and have not heard anything, get in touch through the chat on our site with your order details and we will check on it.

How do I track my order?+

When your order leaves the print facility we email you a tracking link automatically, at the address you used at checkout.

Tracking only applies to merch. Digital programs arrive by email as a redemption code, so there is nothing to track.

If the email has not turned up, check your spam folder first, then reach us through the chat on our site.

Where do you ship to?+

We ship within the United States only. Checkout accepts US shipping addresses, so an order to an address outside the US will not go through.

How much does shipping cost?+

Shipping is calculated at checkout once you enter your delivery address, and the exact amount is shown on the payment step alongside your order total.

The cost depends on where the order is going and how many items are in it, so there is nothing to work out in advance.

How does the sizing run?+

It depends on the cut. Each product page lists the fit for that specific piece, but as a general guide:

• Regular-fit tees run true to size. This covers the Classic ASP Tee, the Pursue Potential Tee, the Pursue Potential Kanji Tee, the Pursue Potential Dragon Tee, the Aquatic Lifting Club Summer Tee and the 100 Club Tee.
• The Hold the Standard Red Dragon Tee is a preshrunk regular fit.
• The Aquatic Lifting Club Tee "Hold the Standard" runs true to size in a relaxed fit.
• Heavyweight faded tees — the Pursue Potential Oversized Tee in Sand, the Pursue Potential Heavy Faded Tee, the Rising Sun Dragon Tee in Faded Charcoal and the ASP Dragon Rising Sun Light — are cut boxy and oversized with dropped shoulders, so they wear noticeably roomier than a regular-fit tee.
• Hoodies are a regular or classic fit, depending on the piece.
• The Pursue Potential Leather Patch Cap is one size with a snapback closure.

How should I care for my ASP gear?+

Care depends on the product, so the instructions on the product page always win. As a general guide for apparel:

• Do not tumble dry. This is the one instruction that appears on almost every ASP garment.
• Where a wash temperature is given, it is cold, max 30C / 90F.
• Bleach guidance is not the same across the range. Most pieces say do not bleach, but the heavyweight faded tee allows non-chlorine bleach as needed — check the product page before you reach for it.
• Where dry cleaning is mentioned, it is not recommended.

Towels, socks and decals are not apparel and do not follow the garment rules. The decals in particular use a removable adhesive and are not washed at all.

I ordered a program and a shirt. Do they arrive together?+

No, and that works in your favor: nothing waits on anything else.

ASP training programs are not shipped. After checkout we email your program to you, and for most programs that means a redemption code you redeem in TrainHeroic. The merch half of your order is made to order and ships on its own timeline.

My order arrived damaged, misprinted or wrong. What now?+

Get in touch through the chat on our site with your order number and, if the item arrived damaged or misprinted, a photo of the problem.

Every item is made to order, so a production fault is on us to put right, not on you. We will arrange a replacement.

Please reach out as soon as you spot the issue rather than sitting on it.

Can I return or exchange an item?+

No. Every piece of ASP merch is printed and finished for you after you order, so there is no shelf for it to go back to. We do not accept change-of-mind returns or exchanges, and orders are non-refundable.

Because of that, it is worth checking the size and colour on the product page before you check out. Sizing guidance for every item is in the sizing question above.
